Great family business filled with opportunities. From people with no experience in woodworking or cabinets all the way up to architecture, design, management or trade level install crews. There’s something for everyone. Lanz is growing and always looking for positive hardworking people. If you give it your all there will be opportunities for employees at Lanz Cabinets. I’ve been there 8 years and I’ve never come close to being laid off. They promote from within in most cases and I believe people are treated fairly. They take safety very seriously and recently promoted someone to safety manager. They invite everyone to participate in committees for employee relations and safety. I’m actually going to an Em’s game today that’s paid for by Lanz Cabinets. Free lunch and beer too. It’s a nice place to work with plenty of opportunities. -John McNichols
I got my start as a young person at Lanz cabinets in 1993. Lots of the same people I worked with are still leading the company today. Always appreciated the pizza parties and gift raffles during the holidays!
