Customer satisfaction is priority one. Lanz will be there after your project is completed to ensure that your cabinets perform to the highest industry standards even after your warranty has expired.

As you turn over your units you may find minor damage due to the previous tenants, or experience fire or water damage that sometimes affects several units. Lanz has a dedicated service team to help you from individual parts to whole unit replacements. 

The following support services are available to ensure every cabinet meets your full expectations



Whether it is just a replacement door or additional hardware to a couple of base cabinets due to a plumbing mishap, our service team has your back.


When you need a whole unit’s cabinetry replaced due to fire or water damage, We have a dedicated individual to walk you through the process. 


Lanz Cabinets warrants that all products manufactured and sold are free from defects in material and workmanship for a ONE-YEAR warranty period from the date of completion.

All claims for defective goods must be submitted to Lanz in writing and must specify the defects present in the product.

After we have had an opportunity to inspect the product, we will either replace or repair the product. This warranty is conditioned on the customer’s proper treatment of the product after delivery and installation.

All claims must be emailed or mailed to our main office.

For field service and support contact the appropriate field service center or contact the Customer Service department listed above. Depending on the amount of replacement cabinets or parts, items may arrive via field office truck to your site or be sent directly via common carrier. Our field offices do not offer installation or rehabilitated units.
