Lanz Cabinet Shop, Inc. (Seller) hereby agrees and warrants that all products manufactured and sold hereunder by Seller are free from defects in material and workmanship for a ONE-YEAR warranty period from the date of completion. All claims for defective goods must be submitted to Seller in writing and must specify the defects present in the product. After Seller has had an opportunity to inspect the product, Seller, at his sole discretion, will either replace or repair the product. This warranty is conditioned on the customer’s proper treatment of the product after delivery and installation. All implied warranties are limited in duration to one year. Seller’s sole responsibility with respect to the products under this warranty, any implied warranty or otherwise is as stated herein and Seller shall not be liable for consequential, indirect, or incidental damages. Some states do not allow limitations on how long implied warranty lasts, or limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
