Information needed to price replacement parts
Lanz Cabinets only provides replacement cabinets and parts for our past projects. Here’s what we need to provide you with pricing for replacement cabinets and parts.
1. JOB INFORMATION
- purchasing/management company
- name of apartments or project
- builder (if known)
- previous project or apartment name
- address
- year construction completion
- unit #(s)
2. CONSTRUCTION METHOD
- Face Frame (standard or full overlay)
- Frameless (32mm European style)
3. MATERIAL SPECIFICATIONS
If your Lanz product and project is over (5) years old, material specifications and pictures may be helpful to identify what is needed. A sticker with job information can be found on the top or back of the cabinet.
4. BASIC CABINETRY DIMENSIONS & LAYOUT
If blueprints and plans are not available in our archives, Lanz will require basic cabinetry or parts dimensions for pricing purposes. The more detailed the information presented, the more accurate the pricing. Include a basic layout drawing along with any out-of-the-ordinary additions (example: Lazy suzans, breadboards, glass doors, sub decking, etc.) Pictures are always helpful if available.
5. ITEMS NEEDED

6. SIZES AND DETAILS OF PARTS NEEDED
- cabinet size: W” x H”

- hinge style: standard close, soft close, or demountable

- drawer guide style: side mount or undermount
- grain direction of drawer: horizontal or vertical
