Customer satisfaction is priority one. Lanz will be there after your project is completed to ensure that your cabinets perform to the highest industry standards even after your warranty has expired.

SERVICE

As you turn over your units you may find minor damage due to the previous tenants, or experience major damage from fire or water that sometimes affects several units. Lanz has a dedicated service team to help you from individual parts to whole unit replacement cabinets from our past projects. 

We will provide our best effort to replace cabinets and cabinet parts.

Replacement parts are limited to available materials. Discontinued materials and repair of cabinets and parts are not available through Lanz. For repairs, please contact a furniture/cabinet repair shop or restoration service in your local area.

For individual cabinet and/or whole unit replacements (ie. due to tenant damage), please complete the Service Order Form below, and you will be contacted by a Lanz Representative.

The Lanz Eugene Showroom and Field Offices are NOT available for walk-in business. 

ONE-YEAR WARRANTY

Lanz Cabinets warrants that all products manufactured and sold are free from defects in material and workmanship for a ONE-YEAR warranty period from the date of completion.

All claims for defective goods must be submitted to Lanz in writing and must specify the defects present in the product.

After we have had an opportunity to inspect the product, we will either replace or repair the product. This warranty is conditioned on the customer’s proper treatment of the product after delivery and installation.

All claims must be emailed or mailed to our main office.

PARTS & FULL UNIT REPLACEMENT

We are here for you

Water, fire, or tenant damage causes a loss of revenue. That is why we offer replacement parts and full-unit cabinetry replacement for your restoration provider even after the warranty has expired. We know how important it is for you to get a unit back on the market and occupied. We do our best to make cabinets that match the other units by

  • Remaking the damaged unit and parts with the same cabinetry style and finish*
  • Having archived plans and specifications from the project
  • Prioritizing re-manufacturing rehab unit cabinetry
  • Having established relationships with property restoration companies

*Lanz Cabinets provides replacement cabinets only for our past projects. Some materials may be discontinued or no longer available. We will do our best to provide matching or similar products.

If your Lanz product and project is over five (5) years old, material specifications and pictures may be helpful to identify what is needed. A sticker with job information can be found on the top, back, or bottom of the cabinet.

4. BASIC CABINETRY
DIMENSIONS AND LAYOUT

If adequate information is not available in Lanz’ archives, service requests may be declined.

Lanz requires cabinetry or parts dimensions for pricing purposes. The more detailed the information provided, the more accurate the pricing. Include a layout drawing along with any out-of-the-ordinary additions (example: Lazy suzans, bread boards, glass doors, subdecking, etc.) Specify if decorative hardware is required.

5. ITEMS NEEDED

  • Full unit, or kitchen only (no vanity?)
  • Full individual cabinets
  • Parts (doors, hinges, drawers, hardware, etc.)
Please allow at least (1) week for pricing.

6. TERMS & CONDITIONS

Cabinet construction may vary from original product. Replacement parts and cabinets will be provided based on Lanz current construction methods.

Lanz is not responsible for discontinued materials. Best match will be offered prior to order for customer approval. Materials not standard to Lanz offerings may be subject to extended lead times.

Service parts require prepayment. Parts will not be produced prior to receipt of payment.
